Who we are

We sell two things.
Both of them are care.

VIZVAKUR BHARATH PVT LTD was started to provide quality trips and quality products to its customers. Everything below is the detail of how we keep that promise honest.

Our story

A company built around
what a trip does to a person.

The company's core mission is to enhance people's mental well-being through travel, and to provide satisfaction through the best products we can put our name to.

Those two sentences sound like marketing until you watch them decide something. They are why we cut cities out of itineraries instead of adding them. They are why a supplier gets dropped over a packaging complaint. And they are why our quality specification is not fixed at the top of the year — it moves when customers tell us it should.

We have adopted a standing policy of changing service and product quality as per customer demand. It is an uncomfortable policy to run, because it means the catalogue is never finished. We think that is the correct trade.

  • Itineraries designed for recovery, not for coverage counts.
  • Products revised against real complaints, not review scores.
  • Every transaction invoiced in the government-mandated format.
  • Commission paid to the executive's own registered bank account.
What holds it together

Mission, vision, and the
rule we do not bend.

Our mission

To enhance people's mental well-being through travel, and to provide genuine satisfaction through the best products we can source. Both halves are measured the same way — by whether the customer would do it again.

Our vision

An Indian travel and trade house that people recommend without being asked — and a structure that lets those recommendations be recognised properly, with verified identity and compliant payment behind them.

The rule

Quality specification follows customer demand. If enough customers tell us a service level or a product formulation is wrong, the specification changes — regardless of what it costs us to change it.

The quality loop

How a complaint
becomes a change.

Most companies collect feedback. The difference is what happens on the fourth step.

Step one

It is logged against the booking

Every complaint attaches to the specific trip or order it came from, so it cannot be counted twice or lost in a general inbox.

Step two

It is grouped, not answered

A single complaint gets a reply. A pattern gets a review — we look for the same issue across suppliers, departures and batches before acting.

Step three

The specification is rewritten

The hotel tier, the routing, the formulation or the packaging is changed at source. The old version is withdrawn rather than sold down.

Step four

The people who complained are told

The customers whose feedback triggered the change hear about it directly. That is the step almost nobody does, and it is the one that keeps the loop running.

Compliance & trust

The unglamorous part,
done properly.

A promoter programme only works if identity, invoicing and tax are handled correctly from the first rupee. Ours are built into the platform rather than bolted on.

KYC on record

Customers upload all copies of their KYC to the company against their registration ID, as government rules require. The company verifies the data before anything is enabled.

Executive ID issued

After KYC verification, items an executive promotes or sells are registered on their Executive ID — so every sale has a clear, verified owner.

Automatic invoicing

Sales invoices are generated automatically as per government regulations for all items purchased and sold by customers. No manual raising, no gaps.

TDS at source

Every commission the company pays has TDS deducted per government rules, and that TDS is credited against the PAN card the customer registered.

The people

Our team of Vizvakur Bharath
professionals.

Between them they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table — most of it earned on the ground rather than at a desk.

Questions

Things people ask
before they commit.

Two things. International and domestic tour packages, run by our own travel team; and a curated range of physical products across wellness, personal care, apparel and home categories. Both are sold under the same quality policy and the same invoicing system.

No. Anyone can book a trip or buy a product as an ordinary customer. The executive programme is entirely optional — it exists for customers who are already satisfied and want to promote what they use.

Because commission is real income. Government rules require that anyone receiving it is identified, invoiced correctly and taxed at source. Customers upload their KYC copies against their registration ID, the company verifies them, and only then is an Executive ID issued.

Commission is calculated on sales of the services and products registered against your Executive ID, and credited directly to the bank account you registered. TDS is deducted per government rules and credited against your registered PAN card.

Yes, automatically. Sales invoices are generated in the government-mandated format for every item purchased and sold through the platform — for customers and executives alike.

That is rather the point. Hotel tier, pace, dates and inclusions are all adjustable, and the costing is rebuilt around your choices. Speak to the travel desk before you pay the balance and we will reissue the itinerary.

Next step

Come and test the policy.

Book something small. Tell us what was wrong with it. Watch what happens to the specification.
